Departments can create their own login to the HE Portal via https://he.xma.co.uk/Registration/New-Web-User , this can then be linked with the University and purchase orders setup via Oracle.
It is essential to request XMA add our Apple Device Enrolment Programme ID - 390951 to any purchases made, this is done when submitting via the Oracle punchout. If the device is alligned with our DEP instance then this allows remote Orchard enrollment for any device, along with automatically installing University Licenced Applications for a simplified set up for the end user.
